Physical Vitality is what we put in our body.  It is how we treat our body that affects our capacity for a long and vital life.  Good friends help us eat healthy and exercise often.  


Nutrition is essential to maintaining a fit, healthy and long life.

Whether it is a Mediterranean diet or high protein/low fat menu, a healthy body requires good choices and a variety of vegetables.



Activity is essential for a healthy and long life.  Taking the time to regularly exercise is important for all ages.

From walking, biking, swimming, skating, skiing - all of these activities will keep the body strong and resistant to seasonal illnesses.




Rest and Replenishment helps the body and mind prepare for the activities of a vital life.  Sleeping 7-8 hours a night will help you be more productive during the other 16-17 hours. 

Occasional naps will help you be at your best physical vitality.
